• You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Please include all accessories, manuals, and documentation with your return.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping:

• If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order.

Exceptions:
